Almond Butter Energy Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dry rolled Oats
  • ½ almond butter
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted
  • cup Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Flaxseed
  • cup dried cherries
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

  • Toast coconut flakes at 350F degrees for 5-10 minutes and set aside.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  • Let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour.
  • Using a cookie scoop, measure out mixture, squish in hands and roll into balls.
  • Let rest again in the fridge for another 30 minutes. Will keep in air tight container for about a week.
