Chocolate Almond Butter Overnight Oats

Filling breakfast for those always on the go.

Ingredients
  

  • 40g plain oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1-2 tbsp golden syrup (or honey)
  • 1 tbsp smooth almond butter
  • a smidgen of ground ginger

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients into a bowl or mason jar, give it a good mix and leave overnight
  • Serve in the morning warm or cold and add your toppings of choice.
