Extremely Delicious Edamame Hummus is a healthy, satisfying snack. It's perfect for dunking veggies, pouring over pasta, or smearing on sandwiches. It's great for parties or for an after school snack!
Add the beans, edamame, garlic, chili flakes, salt, and pepper to a blender or food processor. Blend the ingredients until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add some water to loosen it up.
When the mixture is just about where you like it, but still a little thick, slowly blend in the cilantro, olive oil, and sesame oil.
Taste and adjust seasonings. You can add additional salt, pepper, cilantro, lemon juice, olive oil, or sesame oil to your liking.
Serve in a large bowl and garnish with cilantro, edamame, and a drizzle of olive oil.
Notes
Be careful with the sesame oil because its taste can be overwhelming. Add small amounts at a time.
