Homemade Cashew Milk

Homemade Cashew Milk is a flavoursome alternative to dairy milk and quicker and simpler to make than some other nut milks. Perfect to add to your breakfast cereal, smoothies and coffee. Made in the Froothie Optimum G2.1.

Ingredients
  

  • 200g cashew nuts soaked overnight
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • 750ml water

Instructions
 

  • Place the cashew nuts along with the dates and water into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
  • For blending in the Froothie Optimum G2.1, simply press the 'nut milk' preset function and you will have delicious cashew milk in a minute.

Notes

You can add more or less dates depending on how sweet your prefer it to be.
