It doesn't matter which recipe you choose, the basic steps are the same...
Pour about a cup of white wine into a picture (no need to measure, just eyeball it). Add the sugar to the wine and stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Add the rest of the fruit and mint leaves.
Top fruit with remaining wine.
Refrigerate with remaining bottle of wine.
Chill for 4 hours, up to 24 hours.
You can either strain the wine and pour into wine glasses, or you can pour the wine AND fruit into a wine glass. Top with a splash of sparkling water, garnish with more mint or raspberries (both optional) and enjoy!
Notes
The sangria will become pinker and pinker and longer you chill it!
