Malibu Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
  

  • Malibu Rum
  • Hot Chocolate packet (or you can make your favorite homemade coco mix too)
  • Water or milk
  • Whipped cream (option)
  • Chocolate sprinkles (option)

Instructions
 

  • Grab a coffee cup
  • Pour in a shot.....or two.....maybe three of Malibu rum.
  • Add your favorite hot coco mix and stir until the ingredients are well combined.
  • Now add warm water or milk and fill the rest of the cup.
  • Top with your favorite topping like whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
  • Enjoy that hot tasty beverage.

Notes

Either warm milk or water fill work for this hot chocolate, but I prefer water. Both Malibu Rum and hot coco mix are really sweet, I think adding the milk give the beverage too much richness. Adding water helps balance the richness.
